Hello Everyone,

I didn’t post for quite a while, I do apologise. As some of you may remember I have a new job now. Fessey House was great but at some point I started feeling I want something else out of life. I now work, again, in a care home for people with learning disability and the place is so completely different to what I knew from before that I had a lot to think about workplace dynamics.

You know, new colleagues, new inspirations, new options and new friendships. I would love to share it all with you, together with my comments on other people behaviour but I didn’t tell anybody at work that I have a blog and even when I do, I will not comment here no more.

What I learned about neurotypicals is that if you tell them why they do certain things and you’re wrong – they get angry. But if you right they’re not happy either, I think that makes them uncomfortable.

I don’t know what I want to put on the blog now to keep it going but hopefully I’ll think about something. Speak soon.
