Allocating – my favourite play

That’s what I realised recently: allocating is my favourite form of play. I suppose it’s a form of pretend play because I am happy enough to allocate items where they don’t belong only because I feel like that’s how I want to do it.

I saw this little task on Redecor Facebook group yesterday: which imaginary room belongs to which imaginary client?

Mind you, the task didn’t prove very popular with other players, just a handful of responses within over 24h.

I said: Steven room 2, Nicole room 3 and Romy room 1. Pink-pink, blue-blue, yellow-yellow. I do not care that room 3 looks the most masculine of all. That’s how I want to allocate them and it gives me enormous satisfaction and reduces my level of stress.
