I’m on the bus and treating myself to a course of meditation music on my headphones. I listen to it on Spotify but I am not sure if people who don’t have an account there would be able to listen, so I found it for you on YouTube. That’s just example of course, there are plenty of other choices by different artists.
This type of music doesn’t work for me when I feel triggered, but I thought I’d check if it makes me feel better when my mental health problems are making me exhausted.
