I was worried I’d run out of my sleeping tablets but had a good sleep without one last night.

Possibly I should sent mum to the private care home for a few months, to build up her fitness, and then just see what happens. Maybe she’ll like being there and understand that the money she has needs to be spend on her, first of all and that my brother is not going to change so she can’t come back home?

I’d really not want to be in a situation where I have to make any long lasting decisions against her will.
